Terms of Service

By creating an account, adding funds or purchasing a number, you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. TOOLNEXX Flash is for users aged 18 or older. Provide accurate account information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

TOOLNEXX Flash supplies temporary virtual numbers through third-party SMS providers for lawful SMS verification. Numbers expire and are not permanent personal numbers. We do not supply physical SIM cards or operate as a bank. A third-party app may reject a virtual number; acceptance and SMS delivery are not guaranteed.

Availability and prices can change before purchase. Prices are shown in INR and purchases are deducted from your wallet at the confirmed price. Each order keeps its purchase price even if later catalogue prices change. Select the intended service and country before confirming an order.

UPI and Binance/USDT payments are manually reviewed. Use only the payment details displayed on Add Funds and submit your own genuine transaction reference. Wallet credit is added only after approval; submitting a reference does not itself confirm payment. Binance deposits use the displayed USDT-to-INR rate, subject to review of the funds received.

Once credited, deposits are for TOOLNEXX Flash services only and are not ordinarily returned to a bank, UPI account or crypto wallet. Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to another user. Eligible number cancellations return the purchase amount to your TOOLNEXX Flash wallet, not to the original payment method. See the Refund Policy. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Use the service only for lawful, authorized verification and respect the rules of the service receiving the verification. Fraud, fake payments, harassment, unauthorized access, evasion of restrictions and interference with the website are prohibited. We may restrict accounts or investigate activity that violates the Acceptable Use Policy.

Services are provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted access, stock, payment processing or successful SMS delivery. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected transaction in the 30 days preceding the claim. This does not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these policies as the service changes and publish the updated version with its review date. Applicable consumer and data-protection laws continue to apply. These Terms do not take away mandatory legal rights.
