Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how TOOLNEXX Flash handles information when you create an account, purchase temporary numbers, add funds or contact support. It accompanies our Terms of Service. The service is not intended for anyone under 18.

We keep your email, display name and account settings. Our authentication service processes sign-in credentials and verification information. We do not store your password in plain text. If you choose Google sign-in, Google and our authentication service process information needed to sign you in.

Order records include your selected service and country, temporary phone number, order status, purchase price and received SMS verification code. Financial records include wallet balance, credits, debits, refunds, deposit amounts, UPI or Binance transaction references and notes you submit. We do not request bank passwords, UPI PINs, crypto private keys or seed phrases.

We use this information to authenticate you, deliver numbers and SMS codes, process purchases and approved deposits, handle cancellations and refunds, investigate payment disputes, prevent misuse and provide support. Provider response records and administrator action logs help troubleshoot issues and protect financial operations. Hosting and authentication services may process connection and device information for security and operation.

Essential browser storage keeps your sign-in session and order-specific cancellation retry deadlines. Hosting and sign-in services may also use essential cookies or similar storage. Blocking or clearing this storage can sign you out or disrupt these functions.

Lovable Cloud provides hosting, authentication and data services; upstream SMS providers process number requests and received codes. Google processes Google sign-in when selected. Banks, UPI providers and Binance or blockchain networks process payments outside this website. Public blockchain transactions may be visible to others. External font and service-icon providers may receive ordinary browser requests. Authorized administrators may access records for support, payment review and security. We do not sell account or order data; records may be disclosed when legally required.

Account, order, SMS code, transaction and operational records are stored to run the service and handle accounting, security and disputes. There is currently no automatic 30-day deletion schedule for SMS codes. Retention may extend where legal or dispute obligations require it. Access controls protect records, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

You may email support@toolnexx.store with the subject Privacy to request access, correction or deletion of your account information. We may verify account ownership and retain records needed for legal, accounting, security or dispute obligations. These requests are handled through support; there is no self-service account deletion option. Your rights under applicable data-protection law remain unaffected.
